North Search Partners collects information submitted through this website by employers and candidates. We use that information only for recruiting and matching purposes.
Candidate information
Candidate profiles, resumes, and sales experience are stored securely and reviewed by our team. A candidate profile is shared with an employer only after the candidate approves it. We never sell candidate data, and candidates never pay us anything.
Employer information
Role details submitted by employers are used to run the search and to match relevant candidates. We do not share employer hiring details publicly.
Data retention and deletion
We keep submissions only as long as they are useful for active or future searches. Anyone can request deletion of their information at any time by emailing hello@northsearchpartners.com.
