What does it cost?

20% of the hire's first-year base salary. A $2,500 search deposit starts your search and is credited 100% toward the placement fee, so the total never exceeds 20%.

When do we pay?

The $2,500 search deposit is due when the search begins. The remaining balance is invoiced on your hire's start date and due within 30 days.

Is the search deposit refundable?

The search deposit isn't refundable, but if you cancel or pause the role, it's credited toward any future search with us within 12 months.

What if the hire doesn't work out?

If a hire we placed resigns or is let go for performance within their first 90 days, we'll run one replacement search at no additional fee. The replacement is covered by a 60-day guarantee. Full terms are in our placement agreement.
